Refund Policy

Refunds
  1. In certain circumstances Flyingfit Food may offer a refund.
  2. In some circumstances beyond our control (i.e. bad weather, vehicle breakdowns, unforeseen events) the delivery of our products may not occur. In these circumstances, we ask that you notify us immediately and we will make a full refund to you for your order.
  3. Please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of your delivery with full details of the issue so we can appropriately resolve and/or offer a refund where applicable. 

Cancellations, pauses and order changes

  1. Changes to the following week’s orders must be made via the “manage my order” section of the website by 3pm Thursday, the previous week. Requests made after this date will not take place until the next week.

If an order has been made in error please contact us on info@flyingfitfood.com.au as soon as possible to rectify.
